Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Hi-Nutrition. Your satisfaction and trust matter to us. While we’re confident in the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. That’s why we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process, in line with UAE consumer rights and regulations.

Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging

  • Unused, undamaged, and in a resaleable condition

  • Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements unless the item is defective or sent in error.

Wrong or Damaged Products

If you receive an incorrect, expired, or damaged item, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, and we may ask you to share photos of the issue for quick resolution.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or report a damaged item, email us at support@hinutrition.ae with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Contact details for follow-up

Additional Notes

  • Products purchased on promotion or as part of a bundle may have different return conditions.

  • Returns or exchanges can only be made for orders placed through our official website.
